Q. What is a ringtone?
A. A ringtone is a tune that plays when your phone is receiving a call. Ringtones allow you to personalize the way you want your phone to ring.

Q. Can I listen to a ringtone before I buy it?
A. Yes, just click the icon next to the ringtone you'd like to sample. You will need a soundcard and speakers on your computer to listen to ringtones.

Q. What do I need to do to be able to receive ringtones on my phone?
A. First, your phone must be on and you must be in Bluegrass Cellular's 34 county home coverage area. Second, you must be a Bluegrass Cellular customer. Third, you must have a ringtone-capable phone. To find out if your phone will accept ringtones, visit the "Start Here" link on the ringtone site.

Q. How do I order a ringtone?
A. First, visit the "Start Here" link and select your phone make and model, and enter your 10 digit cellular number. Next, browse the categories of ringtones and click on the "Buy" link when you are ready to make your purchase. You will then be instructed to send a specific text message to a specific short code. Be sure and compose the text message exactly as it appears (with spaces, capital letters, etc..). Once this is complete, you will then receive your ringtone on your phone.

Q. How many ringtones can I download to my phone?
A. The number of personal ringtones you can store varies by phone model and manufacturer. Please consult your user's manual for this information. You can purchase new ringtones and replace older ringtones that you have bought, however, once you replace the ringtone, you will have to re-purchase it if you'd like that ringtone again.

Q. How long does it take for a ringtone to arrive to my phone?
A. Typically ringtones will be delivered to your phone within 2 minutes. Periodically due to network delays, it may take longer. If you do not receive your ringtone after 25 minutes please verify the following:

• Is your phone on?

• Does your phone have a signal?

• Are you a current Bluegrass Cellular customer?

• Do you have a ringtone capable phone?

• Are you in Bluegrass Cellular's home coverage area?

Q. What should I do when the ringtone arrives on my phone?
A. Please consult your user's manual because each phone model's instructions may be different.

Q. What is the cost for ringtones?
A. Ringtones are $.99 per download and there is no charge for the messages that deliver your ringtone.

Attention: Please be aware that if you are a Bluegrass Unlimited Prepaid Customer you will not be able to receive downloadable ringtones.
